Bindi was found living as a stray earlier this year in Horowhenua. Due to this we don't have much history for her but we do know that she is an absolute darling! Bindi is a very affectionate and loving girl who adores chin scratches and all your attention. She was clearly loved at some point in her life as she is great with people.
Sadly during her time living rough Bindi has contracted FIV. This means that she will need to be kept as an indoor only cat, with no other FIV negative cats. FIV impacts a cats immune system and makes them vunerable to other illnesses. With regular vet visits, a good diet, and by keeping them indoors they can lead long, healthy lives.
Bindi will be happiest in a quiet indoor home as the only pet. It is unknown how she is with children. Due to Bindi being FIV+ve she is part of our Care for Life foster programme.
