Patch is a sweet, gentle soul. He came to the shelter because his owner was moving to a retirement village and couldn't take him.
Patch is the son of a feral cat so he is very shy, we have worked hard on socialising Patch in the shelter and are seeing some great improvments. He has had a rough time health wise since coming in but we are on top of all that and he's ready to find his forever home. Patch would ideally be in a home that is experienced with timid cats, with someone patient and quiet. The almighty purr you get from this big boy once he accepts you is well worth the effort! Recently Patch has made a new friend, our other shy girl CC, it's very cute to see them sharing a bed.
Due to Patch's age he is part of our Care for Life foster programme.
You can also become a sponser to help with Patch's, and all our other furry friends, ongoing care.
