Rupert -- The ONLY one for you

Rupert has come to the shelter to find his new home as his elderly owner had to move to a care facility and the owner's family were only able to care for Rupert temporarily as he wasn't getting along with the family dog.

Rupert is a very charming fellow who isn't afraid to get up close and personal. He's affectionate and enjoys chin scratches and strokes down his back. Rupert can get easily stressed and has been on calming medication in the past due to having a few kitty meltdowns. 

Rupert really doesn't like other cats and can be quite dominate around dogs, because of this he will need to find a home with no other pets and ideally in a non-cat neighborhood. He also wouldn't cope well living with children but cat savvy teenagers could be ok. Rupert loves the outdoors and is a great hunter of mice, rats and rabbits!
