Fizz -- A second chance
5-10 years
5 years | Female | Anxious | Lap-cat | Medical foster
Fizz was surrendered to us by a vet clinic as they rescued her from being euthanised. Fizz was brought to their clinic to be put to sleep as Fizz had been toileting inside and generally is a very anxious cat. The previous owners did try a few things to help with her anxiety but found they were not effective.
Fizz was found as a kitten on a construction site and ever since is very easily spooked and upset by loud noises and strangers. She would prefer to be a one/two person cat in a safe and quiet area or potentially even an indoor only kitty. Fizz purrs when you scratch under her chin and once she trusts you she likes to sit on your lap.
Fizz is a medical foster due to her anxiety and toileting issues as well as having luxating patellas, meaning her kneecaps can move around, which risks it dislocating or popping in and out. Fizz may develop early arthritis due to this.
Fizz would best suit a home with no other pets or children, ideally a single person or a couple who live a quiet and relaxed lifestyle.
Fizz would be a medical foster - there is no fee when fostering.
