Oskar has come to the shelter as his owner is now living in a care facility and unfortunately, their family could not take him.
Oskar is a curious young guy who loves company during the day and exploring outside. It can take Oskar a little while to gain trust in his person, but once he does, he's a big lap cat (on his own terms, of course) and loves to be brushed! Oskar had hip surgery as a kitten, but his mobility has not been affected by this.
He would be happiest as an only pet in a kid-free home. He likes to have access to the outside, ideally, a quiet street for him to safely roam. We have been told he isn't much of a hunter.
